Construction Update May 2022

We are delighted to announce stage two is now complete with all external works finalised.

Further developments:

Stage two: Landscape & asphalt works completed

Stage two: Fences & gates completed

Stage three is moving along with great momentum with a goal to achieve lock-up status for 18 Villas at the end of this month. We are pleased to have achieved the following milestones in the month of April:

• Completion of shaft liner works for all villas

• Completion of framing works for all villas

• Roof trusses completed to 18 villas

• Roof plumbing works completed for 18 villas

• Installation of windows and sliding doors completed for 18 villas

• Roof tile works completed for 11 villas

• Services rough-in works completed for 12 villas

• External cladding works completed for 12 villas

• Commenced internal insulation and plasterboard works

• Commenced installation of kitchen joinery

• Commenced water-proofing works to wet areas

• Commenced installation of solar panels

Stage three: Southern works in process

Stage three: Completion of framing works

Earthworks are due to start in stage four before the winter weather begins with the civil works contractor now appointed.
