Construction Update March 2022

The team at La Dimora has made exciting progress this month with stage two road asphalt works being completed. Landscaping works are due to be completed next week with the remaining fence panels, post and gate work to be installed shortly after.

To make up for lost time, the team is delighted to have achieved the following milestones in stage three:

• Completion of all concrete slabs for the 23 Villas

• Completion of all underground services works

• Framing and roof truss work completed for 12 Villas

• Roof plumbing (gutter, fascia etc) works completed for 12 Villas

• Installation of windows and sliding doors completed for 10 Villas

• Shaft liner works completed for 15 Villas

• Commenced roof tile works

• Commenced external cladding works
  

Stage 3: Sisalation completed to 12 Villas.

Now completed are all soil stockpile removal works for stages four and five.

For the coming month, we hope to build on the momentum to complete all roof tiling, framing, and the majority of the external cladding works. We will also commence services rough-in, insulation and plasterboard work shortly.
